1. Copyright & Usage - All content on this site, including images, text, design, and layout, is the property of No-Type Magazine and/or the contributing artists unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited. If you're an artist whose work has been published and you'd like to share or repost it, please credit No-Type Magazine and link to the original source when possible.

2. Submissions - When submitting work to No-Type, you confirm that you are the original creator and have the rights to publish the work. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. If accepted, No-Type retains the right to publish the work in print and digital formats, as well as promote it through our platforms. We do not use your work for commercial gain beyond the scope of our limited-run publications and promotional materials unless otherwise discussed with you.

3. Orders & Returns - All sales are final. We are a small independent publisher and print in limited quantities. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Privacy - We collect only the information necessary to process orders and maintain our mailing list. We will never sell or share your information with third parties. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
